Cupping
Cupping provides relief for sore muscles, neck pain, chronic back pain, as well as the common cold.
In this therapy, I will place glass, plastic or silicone cups over specific areas on the body. A vacuum is created under the cup using heat or suction, which are left in place for a period of time. This technique may cause bruising and redness, which indicates tension is released, and the body is detoxifying itself.​

Reiki Energy Work
Reiki energy work is a stress reduction technique that also promotes healing. Reiki can treat the emotions, the whole body or focused points, the mind and the spirit. This treatment can balance the chakras and the body as a whole and ranges from 15 to 60 minutes.​

Aromatherapy is the perfect add-on to any massage treatment and will be customize to each client based on their needs. The oils will be used on various acupuncture points based on the client's needs. This treatment can increase relaxation, reduce stress and calm the body to kick off your treatment, maximizing benefits of your massage.
